Numberflow byMA

Numberflow byMA does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Scores and game progress remain exclusively on the device. The app is free and offers no in-app purchases. There is no tracking and no advertising.

Easy Reader byMA

Local data: Library, imported books, reading progress, bookmarks and settings are stored exclusively on your device.

Speech output: When using Apple voices, speech is generated offline on the device; no data is transmitted.

Optional cloud speech (ElevenLabs): Only if you select ElevenLabs as the speech engine in the settings, the text passages to be read aloud are transmitted to the ElevenLabs service (USA) to generate speech. You use your own ElevenLabs account for this; the API key is stored in your device’s keychain and is not transmitted to us. ElevenLabs’ own privacy terms also apply. The transfer to the USA relies on standard contractual clauses or the provider’s statements.

Text recognition (OCR): For scanned or photographed PDF pages, text recognition runs exclusively on the device.

Purchase: Unlocking the app after the one-month trial is processed through the App Store (StoreKit); trial period and purchase status are determined via Apple (Section 4). We receive no payment data.

Easy Contracts byMA

Local data: Contracts, notice periods, the checklist and settings (e.g. your sender details for cancellation letters) are stored only on your device. There is no account and no server of Mein Auftritt.

Documents: When you scan a letter or choose a PDF or image file, text recognition runs entirely on the device. The camera and files are used only when you ask for it; iOS asks for your permission first.

Folder search: If you choose a folder in the settings (e.g. in iCloud Drive), the app reads new PDFs and photos in it on the device. It only remembers which files it has already read.

Mailbox search: If you set up an email mailbox, the app connects directly and encrypted (IMAP) to your provider’s server and looks for contract mail there. Messages travel only between your device and your provider, never through servers of Mein Auftritt, and are read on the device; they stay unread and unchanged in your mailbox. The password is kept in your device’s keychain.

Reminders: Reminders before the last day to cancel are local notifications on your device and are not sent through a server.

Cancellation letters and backup: Letters and backup files are created only when you ask for them and go only where you share or save them yourself.

Einfach Nachlass byMA

Your file: Entries, documents and settings are stored only on your device, protected by iOS data protection. There is no account and no server of Mein Auftritt. If you choose, Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode protects the app when it opens; iOS performs the check and the app receives no biometric data.

Documents: The camera, photos and files are used only when you add a document yourself; iOS asks for your permission first.

Printing and backup: Printouts, PDFs and backups are created only when you ask for them and go only where you print, share or save them yourself. Backups are encrypted with your password. Imports from Easy Contracts or Easy Bookkeeping read only the backup file you select yourself.

Reminders: Reminders to review the file are local notifications on your device.

Easy Tasks byMA

Local data: Tasks and settings are stored only on your device. There is no account and no server of Mein Auftritt. Reminders are local notifications on your device.

Apple Reminders app: Only if you choose “Import from Reminders” does the app read your open entries to import them as tasks; iOS asks for your permission first. Nothing is changed in Reminders and nothing is transmitted.

Backup: Backup files are created only when you ask for them and go only where you save them yourself.

Easy Scanner byMA

Easy Scanner byMA does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Scanning, text recognition (OCR) and automatic file naming take place entirely on the device; no documents, images or text are transmitted to any server. The generated PDF files remain exclusively on your device, in the folder you choose. Section 4 of this policy applies to in-app purchases. There is no tracking, no advertising and no third-party analytics tools.

Easy Mail byMA

Your mailbox: Easy Mail connects directly to your provider's mail server (IMAP/SMTP, encrypted). Messages travel only between your device and your provider, never through Mein Auftritt servers. Your password is stored in your device's keychain; account settings stay on your device.

Setup: To find the server addresses automatically, the app asks Thunderbird's public database (autoconfig.thunderbird.net) once for the part of your address after the “@” (e.g. “gmx.net”). Your full address and your password are not transmitted.

Images in emails: If a message contains images from the internet, they are loaded from the sender's server when you open it. The sender can therefore tell that the message was opened.

Contacts and photos: Only when you trigger it yourself does the app add a sender to your contacts or save a photo from an email to your photo library. iOS asks for your permission first.

Easy Selling byMA

Local data: Ads, drafts, photos and settings (e.g. first name and town for the reply texts) are stored only on the device. There is no account and no Mein Auftritt server.

Camera and photos: Only when you trigger it yourself does the app take photos or add your ad's photos to your photo library (add-only access). iOS asks for your permission first.

Classifieds platforms: The app does not connect to Kleinanzeigen or any other platform. The “Open Kleinanzeigen” button opens their website or app; whatever you enter there is subject to that platform's privacy policy.

Message check and rewording: Suspicious messages are checked with fixed rules on the device. “Reword Nicely” uses Apple Intelligence on the device; no texts are sent to us.

Easy Bookkeeping byMA

Your books: Entries, receipts and master data (e.g. name and tax number) are stored on your device and – if iCloud is enabled on the device – synced between your devices via your private iCloud database (CloudKit). Mein Auftritt has no access to them; there is no server of ours and no account.

Receipts: Text recognition of invoices and photos runs only on the device. Camera and photos are used only when you add a receipt; iOS asks for your permission first.

Export and backup: CSV files and backups are created only when you ask for them and go only where you share or save them yourself.

Tax data: The app does not transmit any data to the tax authorities. “Transfer values” lists the amounts to copy; you paste them into the tax portal yourself.

The app does not require an internet connection. Track codes are passed on only when you ask for it, via the iOS share menu. For a LAN party, iPhones connect directly over the local network (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, encrypted); only player names, the track and race driving data are exchanged, never through a server. iOS asks for permission to use the local network first.
